Main Courses

◊ Coq au vin (with whole breasts of Chicken)
◊ Boeuf Bourguignonne
◊ Pork Steaks (on a bed of apple, sage and onion topped with cheese and breadcrumbs)

◊ Seafood Pie (a selection of white & smoked fish with prawns topped with creamed potatoes)
◊ Chicken stuffed with Stilton and wrapped in Bacon in a red wine sauce
◊ Chicken & Ham Pie with Leeks
◊ Duck Breasts in a Redcurrant Sauce
◊ Beef Wellington (this dish carries a supplement of £7 per person)
◊ Salmon en Croute, individual puff pastry parcels of Salmon Fillets and Prawns served with Hollandaise Sauce (this dish carries a supplement of £5 per person)
